The verifying email may have expired, to activate your account please follow these steps:
- Check your spam folder, the verifying email might have been classified as spam.
- Reset your password here. The BigML Support Team will send you another verifying email so that you can easily activate your account. Check this other question if you have troubles with the reset process.
If you followed both steps above and still does not work, send an email to support@bigml.com and the BigML Support Team will investigate your case.
