Sure you can, but only if you use the same testing test and the same evaluation configuration, otherwise the evaluations aren’t comparable. You can use evaluation comparison for that purpose. The standard method to compare classification models is the ROC curve. The Area Under the Curve (AUC) will be automatically calculated for all the selected evaluations so you can compare their predictive performance, where higher AUC means better model performance. Please visit the evaluations chapter in this document to learn the meaning of each icon of evaluation comparison.
Another option to compare evaluations is from the evaluation view. Select COMPARE EVALUATION from the 1-click action menu:
