Only owners, admins, or members can create projects in the organization, with a limit of 1,000 projects per organization. Projects are mandatory to create resources in any organization, as no resource can exist outside of a project.
To create a project in your organization, you must add a project name, and set it as public or private. Additionally, you can add tags and a description for your project, or you can add these details later. After saving your new project, you will land in the project list view, where you can see all of the organization's projects, search for projects by name, and see an overview of all of the resources created within a project.
